會館宗旨是聯絡會員之鄉誼，共謀福利，並推動社會公益慈善文娛活動。 |

OBJECTS |

The objective of the Association is to foster friendship among the members, to promote welfare undertakings among the members and also help in the social and national public welfare and cultural activities. |

3.2 |
The Association shall keep in touch with all the other Kwong Siew Associations established in various states in East and West Malaysia with a view to foster good relationship. |
