為協助品學兼优，有志深造，而家境清寒之雪隆廣肇同鄉青年學子，使得有機會進入我國各大學及新紀元學院、南方學院、拉曼學院等，完成其學業，本會特為會員子女設立 「 雪隆廣肇會館大學貸學金 」 。若經濟環境許可之下，本會將考慮開放予其他國外各大學之申請。

凡加入本會 1 年或以上之會員或會員子女，品學兼優，家境清寒，成功考進國內各大學、新紀元學院、南方學院及拉曼學院，或就學期間中途發生經濟困難，並符合本會有關細則者，均可提出申請。

申請 說明 ：

1. 凡加入本會 滿 1 年或以上 之會員或會員子女，家境清貧者，考進國內各大學、新紀元學院、南方學院、拉曼學院者，皆可申請本會貸學金。

2. 若本會會員不幸逝世，其子女在該年度仍有申請本會貸學金之權利。

3. 倘若受貸學生考試成績低劣及留級 1 年者，本會可在不宣佈理由下隨時停止其貸學金。

4. 倘若已獲得其他助學金或貸學金者，即不得再申請本會貸學金。

5. 申請者必須填妥本會申請表格 (Form A & Form B ) ，同時繳交下列文件各 2 份 ：
(a) 中學會考或先修班之成績或其他可供參考之成績 (* 須由校方簽署證實方為有效)
(b) 大學錄取証明書及學費收據 (* 須由校方簽署證實方為有效)
(c) 學校操行證件
(d) 目前大學成績單
(e) 家長之所得稅徵稅表。(* 每月薪金少過RM 700 者，需呈上僱主證明書)
(f) 護照型相片
(g) 身份証複印本

6. 凡以馬來西亞教育文憑 (SPM) 成績入大學4 年制者必須在大學修畢1 年級，以第1 年學業成績申請，始予考慮。

7. 申請表格應逐項填寫清楚，並照實例出家庭狀況與家長收入，以供調查。申請表格須在登報限期內呈交本會秘書處。如所交申請表格或証件不齊全者，本委員會不予考慮。

8. 申請者需呈上 2 份擔保人表格 (Form C) 及擔保人身份證複印本 。擔保人：
(a) 必須是馬來西亞公民。
(b) 擔保人得在本會批准大學貸學金合約上簽署，如貸款人不覆行合約，拖延或拒絕攤還貸款時，擔保人須負全部攤還責任。
( * 父母不能為擔保人 )

9. 以上所交申請表格、証件及相片，概不退還。

10. 凡享受本會貸學金者，若被發現其申請表格內有偽報項目，本會有權停止其享受貸學金之權利，並限定貸學金者或擔保人于 1 個月內償還其所領取貸學金之款額。

Higher Education Loan Fund

This fund is set up specially for the purpose of assisting deserving students with good academic results to fulfill their desire for higher education but are facing financial constraints.

Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Kwong Siew Association Higher Education Loan Fund” is meant for members and children of members of good standing. The fund is not very large and the amount given out is only RM3000.00 per person per year but we hope it will help deserving students gain admission into local colleges and universities like the New Era College, South College, Tunku Abdul Rahman College and University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) , etc. However with the availability of more and bigger funds in the future, perhaps the association could consider applications from students enrolled in oversea universities and colleges.

This education loan fund is only available to members or children of members of good standing for at least 12 months, have good characters, good scholastic achievement and face financial constraints. However for those already enrolled in institutions mentioned above but are facing financial difficulties to continue their study programs, applications can be considered if they are able to comply with conditions stated.

NOTE :

1. The member of Association or their children whose membership has already attained 1 year membership or above who is facing financial difficulty and who is studying in any University in Malaysia, New Era College, Southern College, Tunku Abdul Rahman College shall have the right to apply for the said University study loan.
2. If any member passes away, children of the deceased shall have the right to apply for the loan in that calender year.
3. Should the student fail, and retained in 1 year, the Committee reserves the right to terminate the grant without given any reason.
4. Those who are receiving other study grant, study loan or scholarship, are not eligible to apply.
5. Applicant must submit a completed application forms (Form A & Form B) and 2 copies of the following documents:
   (a) Result of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate or Pre-University results or other equivalent. Must be Certified true copy)
   (b) University evidence of matriculation and receipt of University fees. (Must be Certified true copy)
   (c) Schools certificate of conduct
   (d) Results of the current University
   (e) Parent’s Income Tax Assessment Form.
   (**For those whose monthly income is less than RM 700, should submit a employer certified letter)
   (f) Recent passport size photograph.
   (g) Photocopy of the NRIC
6. The applicants who entered University with SPM qualification must use the first years University examination results to apply.
7. Applicants should fill the form accurately and concisely, stating family circumstances and income of parent for purpose of investigation. Completed application forms should be submitted before the given date advertised in the newspaper. Incomplete application form or insufficient documentary proof to the application will not be considered by the Fund Committee.
8. Applicant must submit 2 copies of guarantors forms (Form C) together with the photocopy of I/C.
   Guarantors must be:
   a) Malaysian citizens.
   b) Guarantors of successful applicants are required to sign an agreement, whereby, they must agree to repay the loan should the borrower default or delay on the repayment of the loan.
   (** Parents of the applicant can not stand as guarantors.)
9. All documents and photographs are not returnable.
10. If the statement given in the application form is found to be untrue, the Fund committee shall terminate the study loan already granted and the member association concerned shall be held responsible to refund the study loan already given to the applicant already given to the applicant within 1 month.
