會員新生嬰兒獎勵

為提升本會會員福利， 鼓勵會員多生兒育女，本會於 115 屆第1 次董事會(28/06/2004) 通過， 從 2004 年 7 月份開始， 凡本會會 員新誕下兒女，將獲本會分發紅包RM 100 。

會員只需在孩子出世後，將其報生紙影印本，連同會員本身的身份證影印本，提呈本會秘書處，本會將稍後簽發支票。

Encouraging New Born Babies by Members

At the first Board of management meeting on 28th June 2004 (during the 115th session) it was agreed that beginning July 2004 any member of good standing shall receive a red packet (angpau) of RM100 for any child born.
The member needs only to submit a photocopy of the birth certificate as well as the members photocopy of identity card to the secretariat. Payment will be made in due course.

會慶免費敬老席券

本會每年於11 月份慶祝週年會慶晚宴，為表達對樂齡會員的尊敬及提供一個聯絡感情的機會，凡超過65 歲以上之會員，皆可免費獲得會慶敬老席券1 張。本會平均每年都宴開10 多席“ 敬老席” 招待65 歲以上之會員。

65 歲以上之會員只需攜帶會員證或身份證，於辦公時間前來本會秘書處，即能免費獲取敬老席券1 張。為免引起不必要的誤會發生，本會規定會員須親自索票，不得由他人代領。

Free Anniversary Dinner Invitation To Senior Citizens Over 65 Years

Every year in November when our association celebrates its anniversary dinner, an invitation is extended to every member over the age of 65. This we hope will foster closer kinship and better interaction among members as well as to show respect to our senior citizens. About 10 tables are usually set aside for this purpose.
A member who has reached 65 years of age or older needs only to present his/her membership card or identity card to our officers on the 3rd Floor Wisma Kwong Siew 147-149 Jalan Tun H S Lee during office hours to receive one Free-Of-Charge dinner invitation coupon.

This has to be done personally and not through any third party. Please follow this rule to avoid misunderstanding.

55 歲樂齡會員慶生會

114 屆7 月份董事會議決由福利組負責，替每月超過55 歲之會員舉辦「慶生午餐會」，以聯系會員之鄉誼。初期舉辦的「樂齡會員慶生午餐會」，參與之會員相當踴躍，但至到2005 年，由於每月的生日午餐會次數太過頻密，因此參與的會員開始減少。為此，本會改為 每 3 個月替當月生日之樂齡會員舉辦慶生午餐會。

Birthday Luncheon For Senior members Over 55 Years Of Age

At the 114 session, Board of management meeting, the board decided that the welfare committee should organize a monthly birthday luncheon for senior members whose birthdays fall within the month.
However in 2005 the board of management felt that the monthly birthday luncheon was becoming too regular and repetitive and the participation of the birthday “Girls & Boys” was fewer and lukewarm. Therefore it was agreed that birthday luncheons would receive better response if it was organized once every three months.

會員逝世奠儀

本會章程列明，凡入會超過 1 年之會員逝世後，本會將送給奠儀RM100/= 。會員家屬可來電通知秘書處，並呈上其會員的死亡證明書影印本，同時交上領取奠儀者之身份證影印本。唯會員家屬須於會員逝世後3 個月內，前來會館報告及領取奠儀，逾期則取消。

Condolence Payment To Deceased Members

The constitution of the association provides for a condolence payment of RM100 payable to a deceased member’s family. A demised member’s family has to advise the secretariat by phone and later submit a photocopy of the death certificate and the identity card. However this must be done within three (3) months from the date of demise. Failure to submit the claims within the time period will not be entertained.
