雪隆廣肇大廈於1974年建成，至今已有33年的光景。基於廣肇大廈6樓禮堂已殘破老舊，空調設備不佳，加上會館每年舉辦新春團拜、中秋晚會等宴會時間，皆感到地方侷促，無法容納太多的嘉賓及會員。因此，董事會於08/06/2003，114屆會員大會上提出重修廣肇大廈6樓禮堂計劃，並獲會員一致通過。

耗資RM 300,000/=的重修廣肇大廈6樓禮堂計劃於17/09/2003動工，並於2004年1月初竣工。重修後的6樓禮堂，設有冷氣、卡拉OK音響、寬大的舞台、同時更寬闊的宴會場地可容納33席，讓會員能在舒服的環境下盡情參與本會活動。

Renovation and Improvement to 6th Floor great hall of the Selangor & Federal Territory Kwong Siew Association

This building was first completed in 1974 and hence is already 33 years old. The great hall on the 6th floor was old and dilapidated in many areas. Ventilation was poor. The space was found to be too limited to hold annual functions such as the Chinese New Year Dinner or the Mid-Autumn festival dinner.

Consequently on June 8, 2003 during the 114th general meeting of the association, the board of management proposed that the great hall should be renovated and upgraded at a cost of RM300,000.00. This proposal was passed by members.

Renovation work began on Sept 17, 2003 and was completed in January 2004. The great hall is now equipped with improved air conditioning units, karaoke sound equipment, a stage and space to accommodate 33 tables for dining. Members can now participate in association activities in comfort.
